• When you fill in our contact form, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, company, email, WeChat ID (optional), product category, and your message. • Hosting & security: our site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also provides Turnstile, a privacy-respecting check that confirms you're human when you submit the form. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is a small preference that remembers whether you're reading in English or 中文 (a localStorage value named easterlies-lang).
